2. Data Processing & Pixel Usage

We utilize tracking technologies, including TikTok Pixel, to collect aggregated analytical data for the purposes of improving advertisement quality, measuring campaign performance, and enhancing overall user experience.

3. Client Content Responsibility

Clients bear full responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and authenticity of all content submitted for advertising. Proxo shall not be held liable for any intellectual property infringements or legal violations arising from client-provided materials.

4. Transparency & Anti-Fraud Policy

Proxo maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent financial activity. All advertising content must be truthful, transparent, and free from misleading or deceptive claims.

5. Privacy & Data Rights

User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Users may request access to or deletion of personal data submitted through our services.

6. Service Agreement & Financial Commitment

By engaging with our services, the client formally agrees to these Terms of Service and acknowledges the financial obligations associated with pre-approved advertising budgets and service fees.
